A 3-month program for women who grew up in chaotic, unstable or emotionally unsupportive homes and now find themselves in the same situation over and over struggling in their relationships — with boundaries, communication, self trust and knowing what they even need. You didn't get the roadmap you deserved. Let's build it together.
Helping you make sense of how the chaos you grew up with impacted you and how you have (unknowingly) brought that into adulthood, including your relationship with yourself and your partner.

Month 1 — What You Got That You Didn't Need Understanding the chaos, instability, the responsibilities you shouldn't have had and emotional patterns you absorbed growing up — and how they quietly became the blueprint for how you show up in relationships today. This is where you finally understands why you are the way she are. Not as a flaw. As a response to what you lived through.
Month 2 — What You Needed That You Never Got Identifying the things that were missing — safety, attunement, consistency, validation — and learning how to begin giving those things to herself. This is where the meditations fit beautifully — because this month is about receiving, slowing down, and letting yourself be nurtured, possibly for the first time.
Month 3 — Moving Forward On Your Own Foundation From that place of self understanding and self support you learn to move through your relationships differently. Not from fear or survival — but from a grounded, secure sense of who you are and what you deserve.
Over the next three months we'll trace it back to where it started, grieve what you didn't get, and build you into your own foundation — so you can show up in your relationships from a place of security, clarity and confidence for the first time.

This is a 3-month coaching program for women who have done the inner work to make sense of their chaotic past and grown into someone new But now your relationship doesn't seem to be keeping up.Â
It's hard for you to really show up as you want to. To really embrace you genuinely are. And those pieces of you that you finally found are still getting pushed aside. Â
In Trust Yourself we will work together to uncover what is keeping you stuck and help you confidently lean in to who you truly are and discover what your next steps are. Â
You just need right opportunity to learn how to trust yourself. Â
Month 1 — See Yourself Clearly Disrupt the self doubt and understand where it actually comes from. You 'll get clear on what you truly want, identify the fears, judgements and consequences that have been holding you back, and understand why trusting yourself has felt so impossible — until now.
Month 2 — Become More Intentional Take that awareness into your actual life and relationship. You'll learn to recognize your old patterns as they're happening, interrupt them in the moment, and start making small but real choices from your new self — not your old survival instincts.
Month 3 — Embrace Yourself Confidently Build on everything you've practiced and step fully into the person you've been becoming. You'll develop deep confidence in your own voice, learn how to honor your needs while navigating your relationship, and make choices that feel genuinely aligned with who you are now.
Over the next three months we'll get honest about what's really happening, interrupt the patterns that are still running on autopilot, and help you find your own voice so clearly that your next steps — whatever they are — feel aligned, confident and completely yours.
